Virginia Cannabusiness Summit
Privacy Policy
Updated October 6, 2026
This notice explains how information is handled through vacannasummit.com, the website for the Virginia Cannabusiness Summit, produced by 420NJ Events.
Information you provide
The Summit interest form asks for your first and last name, email address, company, role or title, and inquiry type. You may provide a contact number and additional details. Sponsorship inquiries also request an estimated budget range. If you email or call the event team, you provide the information included in that conversation.
How information is used
Information submitted through the interest form is used to respond to inquiries about sponsorship, exhibiting, speaking, media and marketing, or attending the Summit. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Website and email service providers
Interest form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress database through Forminator and emailed to the Summit team (Brendon@, Stan@ and lenny@vacannasummit.com) so they can respond. Mailing list signups from the homepage are stored in Elementor Submissions and emailed to the same team. The website runs on Hostinger infrastructure. The form uses a hidden honeypot and a locally hosted OpenPorte proof-of-work challenge to help block automated submissions; the challenge does not require sending inquiry content to a third-party CAPTCHA service.
Technical information and embedded services
Web servers and security services may record technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times. The website loads fonts from Google and includes an embedded Google Map. Loading those resources sends a request to Google, which handles that request under its own privacy policy. Following links to Instagram or other websites takes you to services with their own policies.
Your choices and requests
You can ask the Summit team to stop sending updates, correct your details or delete your signup information. Where an email includes an unsubscribe link, you may also use that link. To make a request or ask about information held about you, contact brobinson@420NJEvents.com.
Retention
Signup and inquiry records are kept to manage event communications and related requests. The website also maintains operational logs and backups. Contact the Summit team with questions about a particular record or to request its removal; backup copies may remain until the relevant backup expires.
Changes to this notice
This page will be updated when the website’s information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
